Family day!!!

We decided to have a family day of tubing at the river! We haven't had a family day in over a year so it was really exciting! We had a lot of fun.

We started off by eating...

We met these really nice people who saved the day by airing up our tubes! After our futile attempt to blow them manually :)

Landscape pictures.

I just LOVE looking at the sky at God's beautiful design!! It's never the same sky twice and it's just like looking at a new painting everyday! I love taking pictures of the outdoors so here are some that I (Kristalyn) took. Hope you enjoy! What a great God we serve!

Our Princess Kaylianna's birthday

Kaylianna Jane turned 7 on the 24th of August! When I (Kristalyn) was almost 7 our Kaylianna Jane was born. I was so glad because I was in the middle of 5 boys and I really wanted a girl. And God gave us one!

She LOVED her princess birthday party! She has such a great imagination that she is always in her own little world. It's so special to look outside and see her on her bike just singing and talking to herself :)

The cake fell apart at the top but we did get it to look nice. And according to everybody it was really good.

Brenton's 12th Birthday.

This year has brought a lot more responsibility for Brenton since the oldest brothers are gone. He has definitely worked hard and learned much and continues to bless us with his lovingkindness to his little siblings. He enjoys reading any thing- especially history, hence his Civil War birthday decorations.

Of course Jonathan did a magnifiscent job on the birthday sign with the kiddos once again! Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Katherine came back from Germany on the 19th of August but since we were so busy we didn't get to celebrate Brenton's birthday until the 20th. Brenton was so happy she could make it back in time for his party (and so were we).
