WOW!...

It's accomplished, completed, finished and whatever else you want to label it. The benefit concert for Nathan Valor was tonight. Oh course, the Lord made it all happen and we praise Him that all went well. More details about the amount of funds raised later...For now I think some sleep would be nice, especially since it's after midnight :)

    Many thanks to all the "behind the scenes" support. We may have been in the spotlight, but the night could not have been such a success if all of you had not come forward with your tremendous support. One of God's special gifts to believers is to share His love and joy with one another even in the midst of a struggle. I wouldn't trade the joy of bearing burdens with my yokefellows for anything in the world. What a great night we had! Thanks a million to all who blessed us. The Schmidt family used the leftover desserts to raise over $700.00 on Saturday. The Friday night benefit raised about $5300.00. Please pray for the next benefit to be held on April 21.

    From Kathy's cousin in Dallas- thank you all for putting on the concert to help Brian and Kathy. I wish I could have been there. I hope to get to see the family again soon in April. I and the rest of the family appreciate everyones support and prayers.

    I have to concur with my dear sister. I wish we could have been there to enjoy the music and fellowship. Nevertheless, I'm glad it was such a blessing to all you southerners. Will there be any pictures?
