The Joys of Children
A moment ago I was considering the happiness that children bring into the world. They remind us of the simple pleasures that are all around but that we often forget to partake of. Oh yes, challenges arise from their wayward little steps, but the smiles and giggles that emerge from their daily felicities far out way the duties of their care. What would our lives be without their simple ways and interesting questions? Their romping noises and hugs? May we always remember to learn from the lessons they teach us each day and never squelch their delight by our worries. God has truly blessed man with a precious and invaluable gift...CHILDREN.

Hey now, he isn't actually touching the fountain with his mouth, only his cheek made contact. No worries, Benjamin is not sick...yet.

Yes, four of our eleven children are shown in the above pics. They are pics taken at a recent outing with their older sister. It brings great joy to see her enjoy spending time with siblings and even write a post about it! Praise God for HIS goodness to us mothers.

Did someone show Benjamin Nates blog? Seems his older brother likes to eat/drink the same way. Wow, family traits are always so amazing! :-)

It's wonderful seeing the pictures, especially when we don't see you often enough. Now who taught Bobber to put his mouth on the fountain like that? I know who taught him to put his fingers in the food!!!
